Finding a home in Silicon Valley is always challenging with the market being super competitive. It was doubly hard during Covid times as there were no open houses to research. He negotiated a lower price for us than the listing price in this cut throat, competitive real estate market of the Bay Area and also negotiated an extension of the time to close when our mortgage process ran into problems due to high rates.
