I had listed my house from Aug 2018 to Jan 2019 with a different agent and I did not manage to sell the house. I then de-listed my house and that’s when Sanjeev approached me. He came prepared with reports of various house sales in my community, in neighboring communities. He discussed with me why my house did not sell when in fact the house was in great condition. He discussed issues such as pricing, staging, photos etc thread-Barr and how we could improve. There was no compulsion or obligation for me to go along with Sanjeev but I could see the hunger and passion in him and he seemed very sincere and data-driven. After listing the house, he conducted open houses every weekend. In total, 6 open houses were conducted. He was personally present during each open house. During and after the open house, he kept us informed of how many people visited, how many seemed serious buyers. He kept in touch with candidate buyers and kept us informed. Once we got the offer, Sanjeev helped us with the negotiations, answered various questions that came our way, came for final walk through etc. Overall it was a hassle free experience for us. I will definitely rate him as a great agent to work with.

We know Sanjeev as a friend from past several years and it didn't come as a surprise to me when he decided he took a realtor license. The reason for that is his calm demeanor and his ability to listen. I have lived in Cary for long time and have seen the growth of the triangle area in past several years. In all my prior engagement with Realtors what I like is someone who is a good listener and understand my needs and helps me with the decision rather then pushing me towards a decision. Our rental property was coming up to be listed again and we checked with Sanjeev. Since we had a prior relationship, we didn't want to get into a situation of mixing our relationship with the work at hand - to get the rental property closed with a new tenant in shortest period of time. As professional he is, we did the paperwork with everything clearly listed and off we went with the listing. We rented out the property in three weeks flat and my experience of working with Sanjeev was that : - he takes ownership and really takes the load off your shoulders. - very communicative: every couple of days he will let us know how many showings happened and the current status. It is text, WhatsApp or phone calls. - very professional approach : never played the personal relationship card and did everything from talking to the existing tenant and the prospects for showings and coordinating the move out date. - did coach us on the monthly rental based on the data analysis and his detailed knowledge of the local real estate market. - problem solver : if we get stuck with a situation, he will recommend some out of the box solutions, to see if we would be interested to explore those. Even though, it was a rental property, we had a great experience in working with Sanjeev and would recommend him to anyone looking for selling/buying a home or renting their property, even though he doesn't do property management.
