He is senior in the field and comfortable with most of the builders in this area which gives us the chance to get good realtor discounts on the price. He has good negotiation skills which helped us the to get good price for our home.

There are a lot of realtors out there, some with snazzier websites and flashier mailings, but we truly believe that no one will work as hard as Kajal to get you into the property you want.
