As a first-time buyer, the home-buying process seemed a bit overwhelming, but thanks to Mohan Chalagalla at Realty Experts, it went much smoother than we had anticipated. The amount of time and effort he put into walking us through the whole process was impressive. He also did a lot of research on the comps and recommended an offer price that we were not only comfortable with but also competitive. He put together a winning offer packet. Needless to say, our offer was accepted and from this point on he shifted his focus on the tasks to close smoothly and successfully. Mohan consistently connected with the lender, escrow and the seller's agent to make sure we were always on time. If anything was amiss then Mohan was there to spot that and get them resolved even if it was not something he was accountable for. He was also instrumental in negotiating the list price and bringing it down after we identified a couple of fixes that we had to do in the house.
