Renting from Mr.Patil has been a great experience. If any issues arise they are always handled in a timely manner. Getting into a house is always a hassle but the process was easy and fair. The property I live is really nice on the inside and outside which shows that the property is well taking care of before hand. Which makes you want to treat it with extra care.
