I have worked with Srini Goli in the near past and have engaged his services in buying two of my rental properties. It has been a very pleasant experience in working with Srini Goli, a truly professional gentlemen who cares for his customers and in general have a love for people. I was looking for a rental property investment and approached Srini in that regard to help guide me through the process. Srini started off with what factors I was looking for including proximity to Bart , high probability of rental , Schools , proximity to shopping malls among other things, and also not to discount the rental customers we wanted to target. Srini has been extremely helpful in educating me on all the above factors and never hesitated or have been impatient while showing me various properties. We might have gone over at least 20 properties before finally deciding on my rental property that I have purchased. During all this process, Srini has been diligent, accommodative and very cheerful which made my buying experience a very memorable one. Srini has also made the buying experience very easy by coordinating with the Lenders, Banks , helping with useful tips during the loan approval process , working with county and the title companies in getting the documents in place, and following up with me for every document that was time critical and that needed attention. I almost did not have to worry about anything as I always felt that Srini would back up for anything that I might have slacked off or have not taken care of. Over all it was a wonderful experience in working with him and I strongly recommend Srini to anyone who wants to experience an excellent service.

Do you think of your realtor everyday?! I do! Srini has been our family friend for a while now. Recently we got his help to buy our home in Willow Glen and then to sell our old home in Evergreen in a few more weeks. His meticulous process started with his lengthy calls for about an hour to gather all our requirements and expectations from the home. He had made both combined and separate calls to speak to my husband and me to gather a different perspective for what we were looking for in a home. After that when we went to check the home, he specifically pointed out the caveats (and that’s why I think of him everyday) in the home which I might not like in the long run (since he knew me and my lifestyle for a while!). It gave me a chance to review my specs one more time and I told him that it’s one of the compromises I wanted to make, after running by all the pros with him. When it was time for the meat: the finances, he helped us engage with a mortgage consultant who arranged all the preapproval docs in a jiffy but with great accuracy! Srini then helped us through the whole process of evaluating the numbers, making the right quote, presenting to the seller plus going back and forth with the right terms on the actual day of the offer. He continued his help till the last day of the process even with a now-seemingly-trivial-but-then-very-important task of getting the home thoroughly cleaned before we entered it. And it didn’t end there! We weren’t so sure about selling our older home right away. He gave us time and perspective about the gamut of options we had for selling the home. Then when we decided to sell our previous place in a few weeks, Srini took time for us right away and helped us strike a great deal without even listing it and ensured a good price for the home. Srini helped our home buying and selling process to be a very smooth sail. It’s hard to find great advice with a professional tinge to all aspects of the process. Recently we got his help to buy our home in Willow Glen and then to sell our old home in Evergreen in a few more weeks. He had made both combined and separate calls to speak to my husband and me to gather a different perspective for what we were looking for in a home.
