Rated 2.0 Lack of communication... Called on a Monday to see up a stress test,,,I called back on Wednesday because I had not been called back yet. They said they had no record of me calling,,,so said they would relay the message again. Thursday I got a call to set up an appointment with the heart specialist,, appointment was set. Next Monday the office of the heart specialist called to set up an appointment,, told them I already have an appointment,, they can't find evidence of one sets me up with an even later appointment. I pay way too much for insurance to go through this. Dr. Moore is my primary physician at Columbus Clinic. I Wonder if she is aware. Although you will almost always see a PA other than your Primary,,, my concern's are running high for Columbus Clinic.

Rated 5.0 On Mon., May 9, I arrived at CC for scheduled fasting labs & xray. Thankfully, my phlebotomist, Ashley Burns, noticed how bad I looked and took action. She gave me food. Saw my swelling face. Got an appt for me with NP Ms. Atkins. I saw her and my personal dr., Scott Womble, came to see me. I was sent to ER to control the spread of the swelling. I want to thank and commend Ms Burns for listening to her nursing heart and for caring for this whole person. Bravo!!! Pam Tate
