Rated 5.0 Very friendly staff, extremely clean facility, you have a locker room which you can't always find in yoga studios. The class itself was awesome! The instructor was very good and didn't skip a beat. I like that a little bit of everything was mixed in. It was a nice flow, then some ab workouts, some balancing and inversions if you were up for it. I wanted the class to keep going I loved it so much ! Thanks for a great first experience
