Pullout Trays: You can have just one pullover tray in the middle if that is sufficient, Full Back Covering with Wood, Semi Back Covering with Wood, Trim and Bells, Full back covering with a Wood Framed Mirror, Designed Ceiling, Temple Pillars/Poles: There are many designs from simple to more elegant, LED Recessed Lights: Minimum 3, Steps on Top of the Temple Base: To keep small idols, Granite or Marble on Top of a Temple Base: It is an expensive upgrade but, gives an amazing look to the temple.

Rated 1.0 Deceived by this business (owner: Usha) on Closed model Mandir purchase. Owner informed it would be sent fully assembled over several convo and in contract (‘For closed Mandirs no assembly is required’). Also sent me picture(attchd) of model mandir fully assembled inside shipping container before order (Jan 2020) to convince me. After delivery the Gopuram (Tower) was found STUCK inside the main shelf for placing gods; contrary to before delivery pic. When complained they (owner/her husband) spoke rude to me (am lady) and won't take it back at their cost nor return all my related hard earned $$$. Even mentioned it's my fault for not calling them during unboxing to 'gather steps for retrieving stuck gopuram' After delivery; it's not even part of their so called 'manual' too. Their steps for 'help' which was sent later, to fix stuck tower is by unassembly and then put together; elaborate work!! Also some finishing issues such as areas with bleeding stain, rough egde/not sanded, broken flower etc. The stuck tower was kept in a compromised position that I could not even examine if it had other defects or present in that area. Other finishing issues hard to detect in pre-delivery pics. Even drill bit/some nails were missing, she sent it later after arguing it was there part of original delivery. All these for a project costing $1950! Usha misled me stating no further work required for the model I chose. Only after delivery and notified issue she informed need for additional work.
