As a first generation Filipino-American, I carried the high hopes of achieving the"American Dream" which my parents worked so hard for my older brother and me to have an opportunity to pursue. After graduating from college, I was on the fast track to living out that dream. I worked as client services professional in the San Francisco Bay Area for over 15 years. From high-tech marketing communications managing Fortune 500 clients to working with high-profile travelers for the World''s #1 Active Travel company. I learned first-hand that chasing that American dream of "success" and feeling "fulfilled" were two very different and opposing destinations. Through self-work, self-discovery - today, I live a vibrant, healthy, fulfilled life, on my terms. As a lifelong athlete & fitness professional, I know first-hand what it takes physically and mentally to push through the challenges that life brings.
