I am a registered Clinical Psychologist. I welcome the opportunity to provide psychological services to you. Please contact me and/or visit my website for further information about my services. I offer a range of psychological services including psychological assessments and treatment to adults with emotional, social, occupational, behavioural, and cognitive difficulties. I work with a range of issues including trauma, chronic pain, acculturation, anxiety, bereavement, childbirth, childhood abuse, ethnicity and culture, disabilities, depression, employment-related stress, ethnicity, grief, interpersonal relationships, intimacy, loss, parenting, pregnancy, stress, personality disorders, and psychiatric issues. I offer psychological assessments, individual psychotherapy, couples psychotherapy (with same-sex and opposite-sex couples), group psychotherapy, psychoeducation, and personality assessments to adults. My focus is on facilitating change toward emotional and psychological wellbeing in order to restore a person’s optimal level of functioning. I understand the complexities associated with issues of difference, diversity, and cultural identity and we attend to the uniqueness of a person’s experiences and to the cultural context out of which this uniqueness emerges. I facilitate change by using an experiential treatment approach that encompasses a range of empirically validated assessment approaches and current empirical research findings.
