We have over 20 years combined moving experience serving the city of Houston. We've been offering moving services and help to Houstonians in time of need: We performed 100,000 moves and deliveries throughout greater Houston and Texas. We provided logistics for FEMA after Hurricane IKE, 5000 deliveries of furniture to victims. We are managing up to 30 moving crews at any given time. We helped deliver donated toys to hospitals to cancer patients during Christmas. We are licensed with Texas DMV and USDOT, and handle complaints with BBB. We help deliver donated turkeys to hospitals from charities during Thanksgiving. So yes we care about the great city of Houston. Don’t just hire any company with the lowest prices. Rated 5.0 Entrust movers are awesome. On July 31st we were moving, had movers lined up, and there ended up being problems and they canceled, on the day we had to move from our old upstairs apartment to our new downstairs apartment. My girlfriend called a couple of other moving companies but they were of course booked for the day. She ended up calling Entrust movers and they had an opening, but couldn't be there until between 4 - 6 pm. The movers showed up at 5 pm. Looked at everything and started moving it. We did not leave our old apartment until after 8 pm, they did not have the truck unloaded until almost 10 pm. So it was a pretty long day for them. They were very friendly and very professional. Unfortunately, neither one of us can remember their names, and we can't read their writing on the receipt that we have, which after working all day is not a surprise lol. I have a 50-pound computer tower, I asked if they were able to put that in their truck, they said that they would rather not do that because of the liability if something happened to it, which I fully understand, but that they could take it down to my car for me. They took it down and put it in the floorboard of my car. We also have a couple of cats, which we put them in the same carrier, and they took that down to my car for me too. Earlier that day we had had a new couch, and a washer and dryer delivered. Once here at our new apartment after they had moved everything in my girlfriend asked if they were able to move the couch that was already here so she could put a rug under it, and they did that without a problem too. If we ever have to move again, we will use Entrust movers. They are a great company with great employees. Thank you.
