Dr. Dinesh Goyal is a cornea and refractive surgery specialist, a board certified ophthalmologist, and is a partner at Eye Care Associates. Dr. Goyal has completed formal subspecialty training in corneal transplant surgery, cataract surgery, LASIK and PRK surgery, and complex diseases of the anterior segment of the eye. During his residency training, Dr. Goyal developed a specific interest in cornea and refractive surgery and was awarded the Robert D. Reinecke prize for his research in LASIK surgery. Dr. Goyal enjoys staying abreast of all the latest advances in the field of ophthalmology. He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, and the Minnesota Medical Association. Dr. Goyal performs most of his surgeries at the Phillips Eye Institute and at Fairview Southdale Hospital and practices out of our downtown location in the Medical Arts Building and at our Park Avenue location at the Phillips Eye Institute.
