Rated 5.0 I have had issues with my storage unit for years regarding my billing and snarky, awful customer service... being told "it was in my contract," when my contract had nothing to do with their billing errors. I finally moved my items out storage this past fall and was not explained how the delivery spread would work for my long distance move. They charged me an astronomical long carry fee - which I specifically inquired about when booking my move - and the movers completely trashed my belongings. Thousands of dollars of china, glassware, and furniture were destroyed and they offered me a $49 reimubursement. Additionally there was a large nest of ticks I had to destroy when I opened numerous boxes. What a pathetic, poorly run company.
Rated 5.0 As others have said, Do not use this company. Broken dishes, ripped furniture, items shoved into storage that didn't fit, then denied it was their fault or job. Workers drank beer on the job. They are unprofessional, unethical, and rude. Need proof? Take a look at most of their 5 star reviews. Interesting how they mostly have only one picture (usually added the same day they make the review) and the only things they like are the different EZ-Movers pages and they are the only places they have reviewed. Utterly disgusting.
