We've been using Jay Shah from Virtual Accounting since 2016 and I can only say that it's been the best Accounting decision we've made. I reached out to Mr.Jagdish as we were looking for some help this year. We had to file an additional state tax and we had a few additional questions this year and so we decided to pay for a CPA. Second, he sent timely reminders to send over additional documents so the process didn't stall for too long. Third, after completing our taxes he did a comparative analysis of how our taxes/withholding changed from the previous year. Fourth, we had some questions that required additional research and he was extremely thorough and charged a reasonable fee for his consultation. Finally, we are buying a home this year and we are going to schedule a follow up session to optimize our withholdings and retirement savings in order to avoid lumpy tax bill next season. As others have already stated in their reviews, he conducts his entire business virtually which is a great benefit in and of itself. After the initial conversation with him, I didn’t even bother with shopping around as I genuinely appreciated his responsiveness and professionalism. I highly recommend his firm!
