Yes, they do charge higher $$ as preparation fees but the value I feel I get is far better than what I used to pay elsewhere. The money spend here is more worth it and some great suggestions have helped me over the years to know what to do or not to do and maximize my refund. Kudos to the team. Keep up the good work
