What can I say about Alex (the director/owner) and his team. We were planning services for the first time ever, for my father (A Hindu service), and Alex made everything happen. I thought it would be far more work on our end, but given Alexes experience EVERYTHING was streamlined. They also have mounts for wireless streaming for those who can’t be in attendance due to Covid. They had a dozen or so Hindu priests and florists that he could reach out to, which was a concern given the short period of time we had to get everything together. Within one hour or so of sitting down, we were all set up. Also, unlike other places, the cost is considerably lower. The chapel is beautiful and spacious, which is great when considering some older friends and family members may be concerned about being too close to others. They also have everything done there in house, so anything you need done can be done on the spot there, and there’s less concern about something not being done for your loved ones. Lastly, Alex is just a great guy in general. He answered every question we had (there hardly were any simply because they have everything considered for you before hand), and went above and beyond to ensure we didn’t have to worry about anything. Him and his team are compassionate, experienced (second generation family owned). If you need services for a loved one, whether it’s Hindu or not, reach out to Alex. I can’t thank them enough for being there for us during such a difficult time.

The entire staff went above and beyond when our dad passed away. From day one we knew we had made the right choice. They have been respectful and quick to respond to all our questions. I was very impressed with the staff from DuPage Cremations. When my husband passed away it was a difficult and painful time. But the staff who came to the house we're so kind and so considerate and patient that it made the process less cumbersome. They explained what to expect and how the process worked. They eased the pain a little. I feel the memorial was a total success and friends from all over the world were able to participate thru zoom or view the entire ceremony through the live stream on Vimeo. Friends commented on how spacious and well lit the viewing room was and how accommodating the dining area was. I highly recommend DuPage Cremation for making a difficult less stressful.

DuPage Cremation and Funeral service team provided our family with support, guidance, and abundance of patience during our very difficult time for my fathers service. It was a nice venue, and the staff was helpful and accommodating. However, their microphones and PA didn't work that well. Also, the plastic rose you give to those who have lost someone dear to them is in bad taste. If people are dealing with serious grief, and paying you large sums of money for your services, at least you can give them a real flower.

Very knowledgeable about Hindu services and cremations. Classy.

The kindness and care Khrystyna showed our family while making the arrangements was amazing. The entire staff did such a great job in making everything beautiful. Not to mention the remodeled kitchen area and large viewing room. Thanks again. ??

For the prices and room you get, this place is quite nice. It was very large and was perfect for the amount of people who showed up to my brothers service. Plus the space for food was large enough too. I'm knocking one star because my family paid extra for my brothers hair to be done, supposedly by a stylist. He was a hair stylist himself, so his hair was so important to him. When we showed up, it was straight. It bothered me so much but at that point, we couldn't do anything. I thought maybe it was because it had been about a bit since he passed (about a week and a half), but I asked a mortician months later and was told the hair could still be curled. Seems like such a small thing but it has bothered me for over a year now. Had I known his hair would not get done, I would have done it myself. If they weren't able to do it how he would have wanted, I wish they would have said something. Just beware of paying for extra services that may not be done.

My family and I have had the honor to work with DuPage Cremations for several deaths in our family. We cannot say enough about the staff and the compassion and the care that they provide. We can’t thank you for everything that you’ve done for our family. Alex is a great guy who will always go out of his way for his families. We can’t thank you enough Alex, for always being there.

Dupage cremations was just wonderful. I worked with Brittany who was fantastic, very compassionate and personable. They were very assuring in an otherwise chaotic time in my family's life. 5 stars across the board!
