Rated 5.0 I've now been with GPW for over a year. I love, love, love every staff member. They know me and they know about my life. I'm not just a patient number here. All of the nurses are as sweet as can be. They actually take time to talk with you and not just about your pain score. The front staff are always smiling, even when they've had to deal with some not-so-nice patients. I've never seen any of the staff respond to any patient with anything but the utmost courtesy and respect, even when patients have been downright rude and hateful. It impresses me every time. Dr. Tran is amazing. I sometimes travel internationally for my work and he has been there every time to make certain I have my correct medications and paperwork to travel safely and legally. I also do not have insurance and my issues are chronic. I appreciate that the practice has not pushed me into getting tons of on-going MRIs and other expensive tests and simply focus on helping to keep my pain levels low enough to work, play with my children, and enjoy life more. As long as you can give the staff the respect they deserve, you will love this practice. And even if you're a mean-spirited person with incredibly poor spelling and grammar skills, they will still bend over backwards to help you :)

Rated 5.0 Very caring staff, dr Patel is very nice and listened to all problems I had and took the time to actually talk instead of most places I have been where they just take two seconds and onto the next patient.

Rated 2.0 I got an appointment and received email and telephone call for the appointment. That was 8:30AM at Georgia 2. When I drove 18 miles in that bad traffic time which took an hour to get there I realized the office is closed. I called the number(3 offices had only one number), the young girl said HOLD ON, I waited for 10 minutes without any reply. I called again and got the same HOLD ON. The third time, I did not admit her to say HOLD ON and instead asked what's going on. She said the address for appointment was wrong and I had to go to the other clinic. It meant 18 miles driving again in that traffic and took one another hour to get the other clinic. No one is responsible and no one answer. People are their toy and can played with! The best advice is to send the staff to a training course how to behave customer.

Rated 5.0 With all the bad press doctors get for giving out pain killers this office evaluates first and in many cases sends patients on their way. They care.

Rated 5.0 This place is awesome! Very knowledgeable staff working with a wonderful doctor have made this a great place to go to. Both doctor and staff have top-notch bed side manners and shows you they truly care. Everyone treats you like you are part of the family during your visit and you feel right at home. They understand what you are going through and strive to make their patient’s quality of life better. Definitely a place to go!

Rated 1.0 Stay far, far away if you actually want any care. Very rude & inexperienced staff. You'll spend 3+ HR there waiting for every appointment. 1+ week to get insurance authorization for pain medicine while you wait around in agony. They say they'll call back but never do. You show up to an appt, they don't have you on the books. You cancel an appt and they claim you no-showed. They care more about making money than helping patients and have zero compassion for people in pain. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here.

I have been at few pain clinics and used variety pain medications to treat my back pain. Finally, I got a chance to meet with Dr. Patel and his staff! I cannot express my feelings enough about my experience with this clinic. They are so much caring and friendly than any other places that I have been. I really appreciate Dr. Patel and his staff!
