Rated 5.0 What adventure it was capturing this home in Atlanta!! With the housing market being crazy and not able to find anything quickly. Me and my wife were able to locate our first home. We found the home we liked, but didn’t know how the process of mortgage works in Georgia ????????? I heard of Gold Star Mortgage from my father in law. Being raised in Pennsylvania, our family only had one mortgage lender for many years. I was very nervous in the beginning going with someone else that’s not (Charles) ??. Then I met Jaslin, Kiran and there team, she definitely treated me something I never expected. Me being one of those customer who has billion of questions and always was anxious how the process works. I remember calling Jaslin very late at night just to go over approval process ??. If you guys don’t know they deal with so many customers and especially during a crazy housing market in 2021. She answered my question and spend a good 40 min with me going over the whole process. At that point I was so impressed to have them as my mortgage lender. Being in the business industry myself, I know they have succeeded all my questions and concern. Any new couple or first time buyers, I would highly suggest you choose Gold Star Mortgage. They don’t treat you as a client, they treat you like family. Rated 5.0 My wife and I had very positive experience with Gold Star and our loan officer Abbas. We were first time home buyers and had a lot of questions through out the process. Abbas and his team did an excellent job of not just answering our questions but also being very responsive and available to answer them. Abbas even took calls while be was overseas (2-4 am his time), which he certainly didn't have to do but went above and beyond to give us a the best home buying experience possible. We ended up closing on the house a week early, and Abbas and his team definitely played a big part in that. 10/10 I will be recommending their services to my friends in the future.
