Rated 5.0 Very pleased. Moved five times in metro NY area with them. No nonsense. preferred when they had a flat rate but their estimate came close to the actual price when per hour. My only complaint is you would have to add insurance or its only insured by weight. they dont care about scratches on ikea stuff. but my previous mover broke a large stereo and only offered me $20 for it so they all kind of stink like that. Overall very happy with hercules.

The office personnel was very efficient in assisting me with my move during this very stressful time. The estimator Adam was very real and fair with his quote, the movers were very careful with extremely fragile items and were still very efficient. I felt as if they were moving their own furniture. I would surely recommend them to others.

I expected their energy to die off but it was consistent to the end. As difficult as a move can be they actually made it pleasant. They worked really well together and seemed to care about one another. They always kept a balance of efforts going. I was very impressed.
