I wok is founded and opened by Mr. Partha, who has already established in the bakery for past 25 years from India, here in NJ. He is running a bakery called hot breads which is also in the same building and next to I wok. He brought chef kalaima all the way down from Canada to open and organise this place who has 25 years’ experience in the same field from India and around the world. Now I wok is serving traditional Hakka Chinese food in town, quality is far better than anybody in oak tree road Edison NJ. We have 2 great chefs from India who got trained for past 8 years in various popular Chinese restaurants with hand full of talents knowledge of Chinese food.
