About IBN Sina Foundation

The IBN Sina Foundation was established. In 2001 by a group of local physicians, business and healthcare professionals. The vision was to bridge the growing gap between the health care needs of a rapidly expanding population of undeserved families and the ability of existing public institutions to meet their needs. In 2001 who was paid through borrowed funding from a donor. Currently there are more than 50 staff members raising budget to $4 million in 2011. Over the period of 10 years the Foundation has served more than 195,000 patients and we anticipate serving more than 60,000 patients this year.IBN Sina has completed many projects and programs successfully with public and private partnership. These programs are sustainable and are affordable. IBN Sina’s community health model is easily replicated through available community resources, leadership and courage.
