About Inner Sanctuary Wellness

At InnerSanctuary Wellness, we offer workshops, classes, Meetups and healing sessions to assist you in your spiritual journey. These include Reiki, Guided Meditation, Mindfulness, Chakra Healing and Awareness, EFT, Homeopathy Consultation and lots more. Reiki is a simple, non-invasive healing system that works with the Higher Self of the Receiver to promote health and well being of the entire physical, emotional and psychic and astral body. A system of attaining and promoting wholeness of Mind, Body, and Spirit. Inner Sanctuary Wellness helps you heal your mind and spirit through sessions that can be administered in person or through a distance. Children with Autism Spectrum, ADHD and Anxiety disorders tend to sleep better, are calmer, less anxious and have shown diminishing signs of rage and aggression after regular treatment sessions. Treatment sessions and classes for all Reiki levels are offered by Inner Sanctuary Wellness.

Rated 4.0 I attended some of Monica's sessions. She is a warm, peaceful, gentle soul who has such a calming and loving energy around her. All the sessions were led with her signature energy and they end with you feeling so much more centered than when you began
