I first worked with Abi in 2016 during my first home purchase. He was very helpful in closing the loan on time. Now he called to inform that the rates went down and offered a no cost refinance. All i had to do was say yes. As promised he got me a better rate without any cost. Infact I ended up saving some money as the new lender is paying for my property taxes. He took care of everything explaining along the way.
