About Ishita Sharma Yoga Center

Come to Center provides meditation and wellbeing guidance by integrating scientific, creative and spiritual practices into contemporary lifestyles. Only when centered in yourself, amidst internal and external stresses, can you be effective in the world and at peace within. We work with those who recognize something is amiss and desire more conscious interactions and more meaningful connections with themselves and the world. Ishita believes deeply in living consciously aligned with one’s Truth and the power of inner stillness. She wishes for you to feel safe, loved, joyful and whole, here and now! In founding Come to Center she hopes to offer a lighter, friendlier alternative to lives of conditional joy and internal turmoil through powerful and accessible tools she has gathered along her own evolution. Living yoga in Somerville, MA with her husband, balancing profundity with playfulness, Ishita is building a life around the peace at her center. Come to Center is an invitation for you to start doing the same, with her. Ishita has studied with, and been studied by the Center for the Study of Non-Symbolic Consciousness. She has received teachings from leaders in various traditions including Yogic, Self-Inquiry, Transcendental Meditation, Ascension, Reiki and Transformational Kinesiology. She knows when you come to center and act from it, you are good, strong, whole and free. Intentions, thoughts, words and actions align, your life and every encounter with it is sweeter, lighter and yes, better!
