Joe Grasso Elite Training is NEVER crowded as we are 100% personal training by appointment. It's like having your own professional facility all to yourself. We do have lockers and showers as well. Check our hours: we work 6 days a week and work split shifts Monday thru Friday, starting as early as 5:30 AM and closing as late as 8:30 PM. Rated 4.0 Joe is amazing! I first met him many years ago when he was a Sunnyvale Public Safety officer. He was huge, they called him "The Hulk".. Then after being on the SJPD force for a while he opened his own gym. He has trained many world athletes, he knows his stuff and he's a great guy too! His gym is the best equipped gym around. If you want to lose weight, get in shape, or strength train, you will not find a better place to go.
