Rated 5.0 Auto accident on 580 going to Livermore from Lodi, Front end damage but driveable and got to Livermore and emailed Julie about the accident. Was able to drive back to Lodi in an hour and by the time I got home, Julie had notified the claims team and had a referral to schedule appointment the next day to body shop and referral to call to arrange car rental. The next day my car was dropped off for repairs and picked up the rental car. Both agencies provided excellent customer service and my car was repaired within the time frame that rental car was covered! Julie is always professional and responds quickly to any request!

Rated 5.0 Worst experience. They are not proactive or care to respond back to their customers (I have attached a screenshot). On average they reply back after 10 days on an email after selling you insurance. I felt cheated. They initially agreed on a price for auto insurance and an unwarranted increment in the policy premium happened overnight. From $95.18 my auto policy premium went to 306.88 without any mistake from my side. They also disabled auto pay during the time I contested for an explanation. I also suspect, while they do disable auto pay at their end, they also report wrongly to credit bureaus so it becomes difficult to shop around for better rates or get a good policy. I would steer clear of State Farm and this agent. Their business practices are highly unethical.
