I like they are open on weekends and they answered my call on Saturday 8pm. They helped me to provide my ID card because I had minor accident also guided me in that situation. Good thing is Satwant and his after hour staff member stayed with me on the call to tow my car and helped to file claim. Great service guys.

Satwant have a amazing team. They always answer my phone calls. Its hard to believe that I never experienced any of my calls went unanswered like my previous agent. Referring them always.

I have really bad experience with the insurance companies in the past. They increased my premium $600 in 2 years without any reason and I called few times but no help was provided so I decided to switch my Insurance to diff. company as I was looking for an alternative, I came across Satwant insurance and I was surprised to see how professional, detail oriented and Knowledgeable Mr Sam(Satwant) is, His very well trained and professional group of people are always ready to help you. Manan is a rock star! I was lucky to come across his services when purchasing a new home. He quoted me the lowest rate by a wide margin, and with great coverage! Impressed with the first policy, I asked him to review my rental property’s policy as well. He managed to get me more coverage for about half the cost I was previously paying. He’s responsive, fast, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Couldn’t recommend him more highly!

ATUL goes above and beyond to help his clients out. I had questions about my claim when my adjuster wasn’t available and ATUL stepped right up and helped guide me into knowing what to do next

Bobby went above and beyond to help us add a new vehicle and understand our coverage scenarios. This isn’t even our original agency but we decided to pay a visit since it’s the closest one to us and our original one is terrible at responding. Despite us not being their official client, Bobby answered all of our questions patiently and welcomed us to come back if we had any other concerns. We’re definitely calling Allstate to switch our agencies to this one!

Within the last year, I purchased both Homeowner's and Automobile insurance through this agency. I primarily dealt with Atul for the Homeowner's policy and found him very competent and agreeable to deal with. I since purchased Automobile insurance and primarily dealt with Claudia Soria.
