Kanchan Sachdev is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Psychotherapy for children, adults, and couples. The integrative approach I use combines depth-oriented psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive-behavioral approaches, somatic awareness, and mindfulness practices.
