Kesar Grocery

Rated 5.0 Have been using Kesar for over 6 years now. Their produce has been fresh and good quality. Their customer service is also pretty good, they call you before they substitute your products. A handful of times if the product has not been up to the mark, they have either granted me a complete refund or exchanged it easily. The only con is that the prices are bit on the higher side as compared to the Patel store or any other Indian store for that matter.

Rated 5.0 Great way to shop! We've been using Kesar Grocery for a couple of years now. The delivery is accurate and timely. Fantastic service. Items were delivered in great shape and the prices are reasonable. Wide variety of brands/products which are easy to find on website and almost everything in stock. Kesar team always pay enough attention to the freshness of produce & expiry dates which is really appreciable. The same day delivery which is a Lifesaver during the pandemic. Im the hardest person to please with respect to the quality of products & service but never been dissatisfied with Kesargrocery. All kind of concerns/requests are resolved without any hassle. Excellent grocery delivery service!! Absolutely recommend it!

Rated 1.0 Cheater company. Don't order from them If item isn't available, they cancel order but don't refund full amount. Charge $2 preparation & packaging fees without any delivery.

Rated 1.0 Extremely dissatisfied. Zero customer service and totally unresponsive! I would give them 0 stars if I could. Last week, I placed an online order with Kesar groceries for the first time. I had clearly specified in my order to NOT substitute any items that are not available. Three days after my order, the delivery arrived at my door but to my surprise several items were substituted with pricier items. Further, these items are of brands that I don’t even recognize. I immediately reached out to Kesar groceries over email notifying them of the error and asking for next steps for return and refund. Days went by but I received no response from them. I tried reaching out to them via phone but no matter how many times you call, no one picks up the call on the number that they provided. I sent 3 follow up emails about the issue but got no response. It’s been one full week of reaching out to them about the issue but I have yet to hear back. This is extremely unprofessional and unbelievably pathetic customer service. Such a bad experience the first time that I’m never ordering from them again and not recommending it to anyone.
