Lakshmi Ayurveda Nashville offers Yoga and Thai Yoga Massage Therapy Private or Semi Private Yoga Lessons, Yoga Teacher Training, Meditation, Workshops and Retreats. Beginning with a B.A. in Psychology from U.T. Knoxville, her passion for mind, body and spirit therapy planted deep roots in her soul. Founder and therapist Megan Kipp completed her 200 and 500 hour Quantum Yoga Teacher Trainings abroad in India and Sri Lanka, where she studied Ayurvedic Spa Treatments and Cleansing Practices, Healing Herbs and foods, and Meditation at Nilambe Buddhist Meditation Centre. Megan, a Nashville Native, inspired by her education abroad brings her wellness practice home.
