About Practical Massage Therapy

Practical Massage Therapy is a neighborhood massage studio. We are located in the heart of the one of Nashville’s most popular neighborhoods called the 12South District. Our clients are drawn to therapeutic massage and related bodywork methods for a multitude of reasons. Many seek relief of muscular aches and pains; some are in need of relaxation and quieting of the mind; others are searching for a way to maintain a natural life balance. We are currently offering appointments Monday through Saturday. Our first appointments start as early as 9:30 in the morning. Our last appointments start as late as 5:30 in the evening.
