Rated 5.0 This is an amazing studio. I feel so good when I am there both physically and emotionally. My husband found the studio and recommended it to me. I didn't even know I needed it until I went. Now I am addicted and trying to go most days. I surprise myself time and again with how great I feel right when I step on that mat.

Rated 5.0 Location: beautiful intimate studio cozily nestled along the outskirts of Japantown. People: mega warm and friendly folks. Instructors: wonderfully diverse enough to offer various styles of yoga; expect a strong vinyasa flow with Moises, for your restorative needs or if you want a unique practice check out Sara, Vanessa will give you a wonderfully balanced Vinyasa flow filled with lots of twists for a good detox, and as for Monique, I took an all levels Vinyasa she was subbing so I can't speak for her regular classes, but wow I was sweating buckets within the first half hour (totally hope she teaches more all levels classes!!) Happy to say that I have found my yoga home and can't wait to explore the other classes with the rest of their instructors, as I'm sure it will be amazing, like my experience so far.

Rated 5.0 The culture of this studio is unmatched!!! After trying 3 local studios, 4x the charm! The energy and culture of this studio is positive and addicting. The classes are great, the class sizes are appropriate, and the yoga community is awesome. This studio is so involved in both in and out of class. They offer a number of events for yogis to mingle outside of class.
