From the first phone call to loan close, Mita stood by us with very timely advice and awesome support. She was not only very responsive on the financial front but she shared many bits of wisdom on how to navigate the bay area home search, managing down payment money and was very proactive is pointing out many things we had not considered. She stood by us through multiple offers and numerous ups on downs. Once we settled on a property, Mita and her team was also super helpful (thanks to Brittany, Aurora and Herman) and they orchestrated the entire thing like a well oiled machine under Mita's expert guidance. This was especially so when we had to pull in the escrow close date by 10 days for timely school admissions.
