Non Stop Bhangra is a unique experience that celebrates the beautiful and vibrant spirit of Bhangra, a traditional Punjabi folk music and dance. Featuring dance lessons and dance performances with Dholrhythms Dance Company, an eclectic mix of DJs, live drummers, and guest musicians, it's a treat for the eyes and ears. It has consistently been voted "Best Dance Party" in the San Francisco Bay Area and has become one of the major platforms in North America for Punjabi music and artists. In 2016, Non Stop Bhangra added Los Angeles to its roster of regular productions and continues to grow out its Southern Cali community in addition to the SF Bay Area. In 2019, Non Stop Bhangra celebrates 15 years of monthly productions in San Francisco. In addition to producing their own monthly events, the Non Stop Bhangra collective has performed at some of the largest stages and platforms in the San Francisco Bay Area from museums, performing art centers, festivals, nightclubs, community centers, youth outreach events and more such as Yerba Buena Center For the Arts, War Memorial Opera House, de Young Museum, Asian Art Museum, Oakland Museum, Contemporary Jewish Museum, Kanbar Center For the Performing Arts, San Francisco’s renowned Stern Grove Festival, San Francisco City Hall, TedxSF and more. Teaming up with local non-profits and organizations promoting the arts, Non Stop Bhangra is always focused on helping the greater world community by raising awareness to embrace a more global conscious unity through music and dance.
