She has been inspired by many great musicians, since a young age, having been very strongly influenced by Padmabhushan Smt.Sudha Raghunathan's form of musical rendition, who hails from Shri G.N.Balasubramaniam / Smt. M.L.Vasanthakumari's school of Carnatic music, from the South. Rohini's music is an expression of her deep association with the art.
