Rated 5.0 Super sacred space to cultivate a daily practice. Here I learned radical self-reliance and self-discipline. Jorgen creates a caring community of Ashtangis for support along the path. He gives strong, yet intuitively gentle adjustments and I feel constantly protected by his presence in the shala. I can feel Guruji in his words, and the respect he carries for the lineage is truly amazing. He always reminds his students to stay true to the tradition...practice, practice, practice, and all is coming..! Best teacher in the world, if I do say so myself...and I'm quite the Ashtangi traveler!

Rated 5.0 I have been wanting to practice at this studio for a while, and finally took a chance last January. What a difference it is to practice Ashtanga yoga! Jörgen is a wealth of knowledge as he has been practicing Ashtanga for many years, and is KPJAYI certified teacher. My favorite part is that after conducting a led class, he does a discussion about yoga and answers questions about his time with Guruji.
