Rated 5.0 I recently got another virus on my computer and had to surrender to this one. Having successfully removed a few over the years, I thought I could handle this one with ease. Not so. Even after a restore point followed by a malware sweep, and everything in between, it was no use. I finally decided to give the local repair shop a call. What can I say, they had it all taken care of within a day, and my computer is running smooth and fast. Thanks!

Rated 5.0 Knowledge and friendliness, that’s what I’m looking for in a repair place, don’t jerk me around and don’t talk above me like I’m some kind of idiot. That is what I get at On Call, professional and expert service. John, who answers the phone (the owner), is a very nice older gentlemen who is a pleasure to deal with. And one of this technicians, who actually did the work, is just an absolute whiz kid. Don’t mess around with the local neighborhood kid fixing your computers, it’s just not worth it. Thanks for the friendly service and explaining my options in a down to earth way, I appreciate it.

Rated 5.0 I was looking for a quote on my repair job, and I was blown away at how much some places were going to charge me, this was while getting phone quotes. Finally I got John on the phone and he said to bring it in and they would have a look at it for free and if they could fix it they would quote me. Well, I guess the fix was easier than those other guys thought, not sure, but the price that I paid was like 20 percent cheaper than the other guys. Also it was done super fast, which was another concern. Thanks guys.

Rated 5.0 John over at On Call Tech has been my computer repair guy ever since he opened up shop, and has fixed my PCs & laptops. I trust his judgment, and whatever procedure he says I need, I get. He is good at explaining things in layman’s terms so I can follow along, and does great work. Highly recommend On Call Tech.

Rated 5.0 It seems to me that this company has morals, in a world were morals are slipping, I know that they could have charged me way more than they did because I have zero idea about computers, and the quotes that I got from a couple of other places were a bit higher. I just want to feel good about where I drop off my computer, like my files are safe, like I can trust the people doing the work, and like they’re not shafting me. That is exactly how I felt with this company, it’s the little things that they did and said to make me feel comfortable, and of course the price was grea
