Rated 5.0 I have terrible anxiety and Dr.Patel took my wisdom teeth out with ease and literally in seconds. Also, Pam was the most helpful and supportive woman I have come in contact with in a dental setting. She made me feel so welcome and comfortable.

Rated 5.0 Dr. KO is amazing..down to earth and very good at his job. He makes sure u are always comfortable and in as less pain as possible. He is a perfectionist and u couldn't ask for any better when it comes to a dentist. His assistant was Pam this visit and she also did a great job and was super sweet. Thanks again guys

Rated 5.0 I had two teeth removed yesterday (a molar and a wisdom tooth. I had an excellent experience. The staff were extremely nice, namely Dr. D and the assistant, Monica. I have anxiety and they made this a painless, calming experience. I highly suggest Optim Dental to anyone needing dental work or even a check up.

Rated 1.0 This place is the worst place u could go to they traumatized my 7yro daughter!! They bonded her teeth together when they put her filings in so she couldn't floss in between teeth.. they also put filings on her teeth that still have cavities in them so they did not get all the cavities out causing the filings to fall out. I had to pay a different dentist to put the filings in correctly and they had already been paid for the services because I refuse to go back to these idiots!! I'm filing a claim against them through the dental society and insurance company!! Wouldn't send my dogs to these idiots! We went to them because they were to sedate my daughter n refused too as well! Stear clear of this place at all cost!! You've been warned!! When I confronted them about all of this they were rude including the office manager they don't care about their patients just the money.

Rated 2.0 I have read the awful reviews on this place and unfortunately I really wanted my wisdom teeth out before my wedding so I kept my appointment. They did fine on pulling my teeth but they did not care if I was comfortable, were rude, and gave me no after care instructions. Luckily Google is around, lol

Rated 5.0 I have genetically horrendous teeth and have had terrifying experiences with other dentist offices. My very first visit to Optim I expressed my concerns and anxieties and they have been WONDERFUL! Very affordable and professional. Dr. Patel and Dr. D have both done fillings, cleanings, etc on me and they were both fantastic. Very caring and comforting. Great place!!

Rated 5.0 Dr Patel, Jessica, Pam, and all other staff are wonderful. Dentist visits make me very anxious and they made me feel comfortable at all times. I highly recommend Dr. Patel for any dental work. I am very happy with my experience at Optim Dental! (Thank you everyone!!!!)

Rated 5.0 Dr D is amazing!! I have been terrified of the dentist for years. Got in today and had 2 extractions. They were done quickly and pain free. I told him he's making me not be scared of going. Go back next week for a root canal and am not one bit anxious. Can't say enough good things!!!

Rated 1.0 Absolutely the worst dentist I have ever seen. I came here to have 2 wisdom teeth extracted and was under the impression I would have laughing gas to ease the pain during my surgery. I guess I was wrong! They gave me laughing gas long enough to numb me for the procedure. I was in an intense amount of pain during the whole thing. Very unprofessional and extremely rude to me. Never once did the Dr introduce himself before the procedure. Never gave instructions for afterwards. Just handed me a piece of paper on the way out the door. I am absolutely blown away with how little care I was given here.

Rated 5.0 I have bad anxiety and I freak out when I go to the dentist but the person who came in to the room with the Dr was right next to me the whole time making sure I was ok and stayed calm and not freaking out and I had a appointment made for this Monday but I was able to get in yesterday and I was very happy with how everything went and I go back on Wednesday to have three teeth pulled and I am very scared to have them pulled

Rated 1.0 They don't even deserve a 1 as a rating. Worst place I have ever been to in my life. The place is filthy, unprofessional, the doctors don't care about you or make any sense, they give no aftercare instructions, I felt pain the entire time along with choking on peices of tooth w no assistance and I am 2 months after having a tooth pulled still in horrible pain and swollen. If I can compare anything to human torture this would be it. If they did what they did to me to my child I would be in jail. I wouldn't let these people touch my dog. The place should be closed down..it's illegal!!

Rated 5.0 I have worked with the crew at Optim Dental since January and i can honestly say that Dr. Patel has to be the best dentist I have ever seen. I had to wait 9 years for my teeth to become fixed. Patel and his assistants worked countless hours to be able to help me be able to smile again. Starting in January, I went every week for 3 months, and then 3 or 4 times since April, and two days ago, i walked out of there with a huge smile on my face. Thank you so much to Dr. Patel, Belinda, Sarah, Mindy, and everyone else. These are truly great people. They will do their best to preserve your teeth, and make sure you are comfortable. The ladies at the front desk truly care about how you are doing and we came to a point to where i could just talk to them about life. I know that anytime i have a question, concern, or need a check-up, i can always call, message, or just pop in. I recommend this dental office to everyone, especially the people that have a hard time at dental offices. Optim Dental is a friendly and amazing environment. Thank you so much guys! I cannot give you all enough credit for helping me to be able to smile again, you have been a blessing.

Rated 4.0 Having traumatic dental experiences in the past with dentists, these guys really took great care of me. They knew what happened previously at a dentist in Taylorville, so they took their time to make sure I was completely comfortable before they started in on me. They were quick, precise, and empathetic. When I started feeling something, they numbed me back up so they could finish the job and keep me comfortable. The only thing I have concern about is the fact that I've been given different time frames for my dentures. The dentist, at my first visit, said about two months. An assistant told me over the phone it would be four to eight weeks. However, as I was leaving today, another assistant told me 4-6 months and that they'd never made dentures that quick for as long as she's been there. I know every person's gums heal at different rates but it would be nice if everyone was on the same page when it comes to an average time frame.
