Rated 5.0 I've been living in Hoboken for 15 years and have been a costumer at this store for at least the same amount of time. Never had a problem, but today the story changed. I was treated very badly by one of its employees. The Asian old man was extremely R U D E, cutting me off short and not responding my questions about essential oils, that I was trying to buy to use on my beard. He even insinuate that I may have a disease when I was trying the tester on the skin of my hand. It was a very bad experience since I'm very kind to everyone. He was very lucky I'm a civilized human being and just lost a good costumer.

Rated 5.0 It's my go to place, as they have pretty much everything an almost all organic mom wants or needs. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. Sherpa, Christy, and Jeff are my go tos. Jeff is very knowledgable and has a lot of great advice. To me Sherpa is the most valuable person and I hope he never leaves. You need something...you inquire with him. Christy is at the register and will grab something you are missing and race to the door to help you out if your hands are full. Everyone else is top notch too. I've never had a bad experience of any kind and I've bee shopping here for 9 years.

Rated 5.0 Loved this place. Visiting from the UK by chance to look for some Ashwagandha and came across the most useful and helpful gentleman in the supplement and vitamin section. Very knowledgeable, answered all our questions and gave us alternative selections. Great place.

Rated 5.0 Love this place! Jeff is great. Whenever I have an issue he listens and recommends the best herbal remedy for me. I tell all my friends to see him! Wish they had some sort of rewards plan since I shop their often. Everyone is very nice and welcoming. Thanks!

Rated 5.0 We love Basic so much that we revolve our moving decisions around how far we'll be from them. On our list of pros and cons, it's a major con to live too far away.
