About Our Kids' MD - Dr Sonia Gidwani

At Our Kids' MD you will receive care from experienced, board certified pediatricians who practice because they love kids and they truly love their job. We pride ourselves on being easily available at your convenience. Dr. Sonia Gidwani trained in General Pediatrics at the Children´s Hospital of New Jersey / University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. After completing one year of Pediatric Endocrinology fellowship at the New York Hospital / Weill Cornell Medical Center, she has been in practice in Manhattan at the St. Luke´s Roosevelt Hospital Center since 1994. Her expertise is in metabolic and endocrine diseases of children, especially diabetes and obesity. She has published work in the field of pediatric endocrinology and is currently involved in three NIH funded studies in that area.

Rated 5.0 Dr. Gidwani was my daughters Dr. many many years ago and now she is my grandson Dr.! I wouldn't have my daughter take my grandson to any other Dr. in the world! She is attentive, kind, knows her patients needs and diagnosis is on point! Dr. Gidwani understands new parents and new Grand-parents concerns even if they had more than 1 child/grandchild! 10 stars for Dr. Gidwani and her Practice!! Rated 5.0 We started to come for our first newborn baby in June 2015, Doctor Sonia Gidwani is really patient and always available to answer all the questions you have. She sometimes squeez in an appointment in her schedule when it is an emergency and answer quickly all the email we sent her. I would recommend her for your little ones !

Rated 5.0 Dr. Gidwani is the best. She always gets right back to me when i email her. Day or night. I love every experience we have when we go to the office. I really do not have any complaints at all. She came highly recommended from the UWS mommas Facebook group I'm a member of and I'm so glad we went with her.
