I wish everybody who had to hire movers to store their furniture temporarily had an experience as satisfying as the one my girlfriend & I had with this company. The movers (in this case: Jeremy, Eddie, Unique, & J.R) arrived early and did a really speedy job! They were professional & pleasant.They took great care to pad the furniture & securely tape up lots of boxes marked FRAGILE. We were so pleased with their work that we requested that the same guys be the ones to bring our belongings to our new apartment. On that day their level of professionalism was the same, & they even fixed for us one of the feet of a loveseat that we didn't even realize had always been nailed in the wrong place! Absolutely nothing had been damaged in storage. We appreciate that they did their jobs with smiles on their faces, even though both days were very hot & humid! (We had plenty of cold bottles of water for them!) We would recommend Falcon to anyone doing a move, and hopefully they would get to enjoy the services of Jeremy, Eddie, Unique & J.R., too.

I contacted Dmitry regarding my move and he gave me a very reasonable quote after listing my items. On the day of the move Dmitry and Kevin arrived on time and finished the job with great precision and without me having to take any stress. Had a bad experience with the guys who turned up at my place on the moving day. Had given a 1 star rating. However, after posting my original review the owner, Dimitri, reached out to me and listened to my entire experience. He showed empathy took the necessary corrective action and also offered my a small amount of refund of the overall moving costs. He did manage to recover from a serious service failure. I’d recommended that if you are going to book with Falcon, do speak to Dimitri directly.

Shoutout to Dinesh who was very helpful in getting me quoted and clarifying details throughout the process. I had to coordinate the move from across the country with several moving pieces so I very much appreciated how detailed they were throughout the process. They wrapped everything in blankets and were very efficient in terms of timing. Also appreciated that they were wearing masks when they showed up. Dimitri is very nice and friendly as well. Will be using them again if any other moving needs arise.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I haven't moved in 13 years, so needless to say, I was a ball of stress (especially since I only had seven days to pack and prepare). I shopped around for quotes and was getting consistent estimates at $1000 or more. I live alone and wasn't taking any very large pieces with me but I live on the FIFTH FLOOR of a WALK UP building. *cue crying noises* Lucky for the building tenants, we have very high ceilings in our units... unlucky for anyone who has to climb the extra-long flights of stairs to climb floors. When I was shopping around for movers, I was appalled by the number of companies that SPAM you the second they get your contact information -- bordering on harassment. However Falcon sent a quick email asking for information and they have a great online tool where you quickly input the types of items and number of boxes, etc. and they get back to you quickly with a VERY REASONABLE estimate. They even were thoughtful and experienced enough to realize that staffing an additional person for my crazy walk-up job would be much more efficient, would balance out the workload and would ultimately be much better than sending two guys straight to their death. Dimitry, Arman, and Ivan arrived right on time, even a few minutes early, masks on, and were so professional and efficient. Dimitry went through each room with me to make sure they knew which items were going and what was staying and then I basically tried to stay out of their way as they quickly wrapped any furniture items and moved everything down, down, down, down, down all the stairs to the truck. We even did a final walk through to make sure nothing was left behind and then headed to the new apartment. Thankfully my new place is a ground floor apartment and I was so relieved not to have to cower in my self-guilt for imposing such suffering upon them. They were all so good-natured, friendly, and nice. Not a single complaint or negative vibe! (I've been sworn at and cursed out by food delivery people all the time lol). When moving my items into the new apartment, everything was neatly stacked, Dimitry even asked where items should go and reassembled my bedroom for me. SUCH an amazing experience. They took so much stress off my shoulders and I am so grateful! Cherry on top, they even finished early and I was all moved out and into my new place in less than three hours. I can't recommend them enough! THANK YOU, GUYS!!!

This is my first time working with a moving company, and Falcon gave me such a great moving experience, from the initial estimate to the final unloading and reassembly. Go with this company because a) the pricing is incredibly fair, transparent, and easy to understand (by the hour; b) Dinesh, the moving coordinator, is helpful, accommodating, and responsive, and he was willing to work with me on dates and times when so much of my plans were up in the air and I was having a hard time making decisions; c) the moving guys, Jeremy and James, were punctual, even arriving earlier during the estimated window than I expected. They were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, and took really good care of all of my things. They were quick with loading up in New Jersey, on time with driving to DC, and quick with unloading, as well - all with wrapping and disassembly and then unwrapping and reassembly. Jeremy and James were patient and attentive to any questions and concerns I had, and they were fun to be around, making an otherwise stressful experience much less so. I would recommend Falcon to anyone who needs moving services. They will take care of everything beautifully.

Great experience with Falcon! They gave us a window of 9:30-11:30 which gave us time to prepare last minute packing. Unfortunately I did not move through this company I moved through a different company that stole my belongings and broke the items that I did receive. I called this company for advice on what I should do and the owner of this business has been there to talk to me and tell me what I should do to get my belongings. Thereafter Dinesh followed up with me and was equally responsive. The date and time were set and I must mention here that they are very punctual; they keep you posted regarding their arrival time which I think was quite helpful! The minimum time was 3 hours and I anticipated the total time to be around 4.5-5 hours. Jermy, JL and Angelo are truly awesome! I was amazed at their working speed! They finished wrapping up everything in an hour. My destination was around 3 miles away. The entire job took about 2.5 hours. Jonathan, Angelo, and Nelson showed up right at the start of the two hour window after calling in advance to let me know they were a half hour away. They were very professional right from the beginning with Jonathan working me through the paperwork while Nelson and Angelo got right to work. They packed everything quickly and safely and consulted me on a couple of items with large glass panels, that I decided to handle myself the save on crating costs. I definitely prefer that to having surprise charges show up at the end. They loaded the truck quickly and drove right over to our new place a few miles away. They brought everything where it belonged and unpacked. I was happy to see no damage on anything when they completed the job right on time. Quoted 4 hours and it took 3h 50 minutes, and trust me they hustled the whole time. Would definitely hire Falcon again and ask for this same crew. Really great job!

Jonathon and Nelson wrapped everything very carefully. They carried my couch up a flight of stairs, and it is so heavy- like elephant kind of heavy. They put everything back together when we arrived. The only thing I would change is that they charge $1 an inch to wrap your tv, and even though I said I had a tv when we set it up, this wasn’t included in the estimate, so I got the wrong amount of money to pay for it. Otherwise I’m very happy, thanks for your help with my move!

Very good experience with Falcon! I never used movers before so wasn't sure what to expect, but it exceeded my expectations. We were moving from a 2 bed apartment into a new house and since I'm seven months pregnant, I wasn't much help. I connected to them through Evan who was super responsive and quick to answer all my questions. We had them come out a few days before the move to pack some of our things. Jeremy, Tom, and J. L. worked really fast and were careful with our belongings. They also wore masks inside the house, which we very much appreciated. On the day of the move, Jeremy (who it was clear had a ton of experience doing this), Kevin, and Tom did a fantastic job. It was a hot, humid day and they still wore masks in the house like we asked. They loaded the truck efficiently, were very careful with our belongings, and took them apart and put them together as needed. They were good movers and also really good people, professional and cool to talk to.

I am also a small business owner. I did not previously know this company. I went with them for a few reasons. Top reason was good reviews. Second reason was Dinesh, who answers the phone. I had a very difficult move. Several very heavy pieces of furniture and many heavy boxes. All coming down from the seventh floor using 2 elevators and arriving to the second floor having to take all our stuff up a flight of stairs. This move occurred August 2nd 2022. It is now August 9th and all the boxes have been unpacked. There was NOT ONE THING BROKEN. Jeremy and Abe, Kev, Andrew and Jeffrey did a FANTASTIC job. Well .the of my moving I was using another company. And they gave accuses ...first they moved time from early to later then traffic then they got into accident. Now it's 5pm .the whole day gone..I told them cancel everything. And called this company....well first the guy on phone help me so much and had guys at my apartment at 8am next morning..love him..and there moving guys .oh god .perfect. fast ..careful with ur stuff..love love ..very nice and so fast they cut the price at the end ..believe me I had plenty of nightmare moving. I will use this company forever and anyone I could tell about them ...really Excellent..

The three of them got everything packed, transported and unloaded in under 5 hours. The truck was expertly packed to the brim making the full move in a single trip. Absolutely amazing experience! I called the company on a Sunday and got a move date the very next day!! They came early and worked quickly and effectively to load my truck. The truck arrived the next day for an out of state move. I am so impressed by the movers, the office staff, and owner. Everything was flawless. I made good choice to go with mindful moving. Sergey came and noted all items that needs to be moved. Estimated 8 hrs with 3 people including traveling 1 hr away with big truck. Gave me the quote before hand and Dinesh helped me with all logistics and my date changes requests. To my suprise they finished exactly in 8 hrs, I packed everything into boxes except furniture and big stuff, they are careful and very genuine.

I called 3 moving companies and Mindful was the only company that didn’t require a 3 hour minimum with a handful of additional fees. They let me decide that I only needed 2 hours and explained that there was a charge for additional time, if needed, which I appreciated. Mindful was the least expensive option and that didn’t come with subpar service. Jeffrey and Jeremy showed up promptly at the 3:30 when the window was 3:30-5:30 and explained to me what I was signing, understood my ask and started working promptly. They were careful, courteous and very polite. Once the work was complete, they explained the exit process thoroughly and handed me all the necessary paperwork needed. I would highly recommend them and in the future I’ll go with Mindful again and request the two gentleman that assisted. Thank you for great service!

My experience from start to finish was excellent. Dinesh was my customer service rep and he followed up multiple times with me until I was booked. I really appreciated the follow ups since I tend to procrastinate or forget! Day of the move, my team was Jeremy, Jeffrey and Andre and they were timely, professional and friendly! They moved my one bedroom items from two stops- a storage unit and a second stop at my temporary home. The entire move was just three and a half hours including the 40 minutes drive to my new location. They were so accommodating, helped me place items where I wanted them and set up and pieces that needed to be reassembled. Jeremy went above and beyond for me after we realized my last movers, (not mindful) broke a leg off of my bar cabinet. He was able to reattach the leg making the cabinet as good as new! Very relieved I don't have to buy a new piece of furniture. All my items arrived safely and overall it was such an easy and stress-free move. Thanks!!

I would give a million stars if I could. Mindful moving made our move so smooth and easy. They pay attention to detail and ensure that your furniture is not damaged. In our case, due to some technical malfunction the moving truck broke down on the way to the drop off location, and we were mostly not going to get same day delivery. However, Peter and his team got another truck, transferred all the stuff from one truck to another and completed the delivery the same day. This is literal definition of going ABOVE and BEYOND!! We are very happy to have gotten Mindful Moving as our movers. We recommend then 11/10 for your move. We know we're are going to use their services again for sure in the future. AND THE PRICES ARE INSANELY AFFORDABLE when compared to other companies. We got quotes from 3 other companies and Mindful's rate was competitive by like dollars.

Please look no further for professional movers. This company is EVERYTHING! I recently moved and needed to move my king size bed in a tricky angled townhome. I can't tell you how they got my bed upstairs in my bedroom, but they did. The customer service is excellent, and the movers were very kind and patient. At first, I was thinking I would have to give my big beautiful very expensive bed away. But... mindful movers maneuvered the Funiture and their bodies to get it up the narrow stairway. Impressed and thankfulness is an understatement. And did I mention the price was just right? Trust and believe I called around to a dozen places. A big thank you to Mr. Dinesh as well, he stayed in touch up util the day before my move to made sure everything went smoothly and it did.

This is the first time experience of moving in the US, and it was a breeze with Mindful Moving and Storage company. We moved out of a 2 Bedroom apartment, and was helped by Jermey, Jeffery and Andrey from their staff. The guys did a very good job with quick inspection before starting with the moving , helped understand the policy, they were quick but moved things with care, wrapping all the big furniture and glassware properly. They were very helpful in the overall process and I really appreciate their hardworking attitude. Even after reaching the new apartment, they help us with assembling the furniture, put the furniture back to the right rooms making it easy for us. Overall very satisfied with the service

Dinesh, the Certificate of Insurance, contact was most helpful and patient with us as we had to contact him several times to get our Certificate of Insurance information correct. Now, let’s talk about the moving team; Jeremy (the Lead), Soho and Jeffrey. These gentlemen were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and busted their butts to make our move happen in one-day. This move was seamless and would not have happened without this team! All of our items were boxed and/or wrapped in a professional manner and there was no damage to any items nor the building/house. Overall a good experience. They set good expectations on what may get damaged and what might not. Dimitri is a nice dude and a hard worker. Only thing I didn't like is that Dimitri said that my motorcycle would be crated before shipped and it wasn't crated when it arrived as you can see in the picture below. I would definitely use them again if needed.

We hired Mindful Movers on very short notice and they were able to accommodate us and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The men were very careful with everything and especially so with a few family heirlooms we have. Everything was wrapped well and handled with care, as if they were wrapping their own belongings. They put everything where we needed it to be even when it wasn’t easy to get them there because of the layout of the house. They arrived on time and finished on time.
