The whole complexity of the mortgage caught us off guard but then Pauline came to our rescue. She patiently explained the underlying clauses and repercussions ,payment plans in 'plain English' and was always around to answer any questions that we had. She was always a phone call away and even stayed late in office on multiple occasions to answer my questions. Pauline not only helped us close in less than 21 days but also made sure that the close and escrow is as smooth as possible by arranging the signatures and meetings according to my schedule, outside regular office hours, and at a place convenient for us.
