Pilates Plus of Schaumburg where she also personal trains and instructs group Pilates and group fitness classes. She also holds specialty workshops as a way to elevate one’s life through a variety of spiritual education she has received over the years. She started in the fitness industry in 1999 and has received many fitness certifications in Aerobics, Pilates, Aqua, Pink Ribbon Breast Cancer Survivor Exercise Specialist to name just a few. She is also a certified Myofascial Trigger Point Therapist completing her education in March 2011 with Mary Biancalana and Sharon Sauer of MYO Pain Trigger Point Therapy School in Chicago, IL.Susan is a self-professed, spirit junkie and combines her fitness/anatomy education with her spiritual education. Mindvalley Academy is Susan’s first choice for living a more spiritually-driven life. She has taken many courses in meditation as well.She is always educating herself in many different areas to offer her clients and participants a better experience with better benefits to mind, body and spirit.Susan offers a well-rounded approach to not only her private clients but also to her group fitness participants. This allows for a very unique experience for each Pilates Plus member/guest.
