I would like to sincerely thank the Travelopod support team, especially Kane and Melvin, for their exceptional customer service. My original itinerary from Hyderabad to Charlotte via Mumbai and London was disrupted when British Airways cancelled the flight. The alternative itinerary offered by the airline involved extremely long layovers—around 15 hours in Mumbai and 16 hours in London—which would have made the journey very difficult and exhausting for my wife. I contacted Travelopod, and Kane and Melvin immediately took ownership of the situation. They proactively coordinated with British Airways, explored multiple routing options, and ultimately secured a much better itinerary via Abu Dhabi on Etihad Airways. In May we booked ticket of our family member who was a solo minor traveller and faced boarding problems. He had non refundable ticket. Sunmar, Kane, Watson, Debbie Dexter, Ned, Emma Rose and Tenzin from Travelopod helped us with refund from the airlines and rebooked ticket with different airlines after doing thorough research and additionally paid for second baggage check- in as a courtesy due to the stress and inconvienence caused. They also helped us with continous phone support until the passenger board the plane for thiree to four days and until the minor reached the destination. Because of huge support from Travelopod, the minor made it on time to attend the occassion for which he was travelling.
