Sulekha community - Advice from neighbors and local experts about Air Conditioner Contractors

I called them three times to diagnose my air condition unit but not getting a professional response. First time I talk with some he said some would call back to set up an appointment but no one call for a week. I call back again. Then he said the same thing. I told him that last week you said the same thing, he replies I called back in X minutes and confirmed when a technician could come. No callback and I called Xrd time now he comes with all different excuses that no technician is available, and we don't want to work in that area. They can tell for the first time which area they work or not after three calls and two weeks of waiting for its frustrating. They advertise everywhere in Indian community EBC Radio and Sulekha but no respect for their community. Don't rely on them and don't waste your time with them.
