Though I was not working with her then, I reached out to her for some advice related to a property in 2024 and she shared some deep insights on what to expect given the situations we were in with a specific property. It turned out just the way she had explained. Our first offer to a home and the experience with another dual agent realtor was pretty bad. After working with other agents for few years, I decided to work with Lavanya for our next offer. The whole experience since then till we closed on that property and even beyond (Moving in, finding handyman support etc) was filled with lot of care and affection from Lavanya. It was not just another business transaction for both of us. Without her, I don’t think we would have got our home dream come true.
