Mahender has been really cooperative, prompt and patient in helping us find our first house. He helped us getting a good house deal. Since we were looking for the house for the first time we had no idea of this field. He helped us understand various processes and educated us on real estate domain. He was never biased for any house (even the one he was selling as the agent) and never pushed us to buy any house. He honestly told us the pros and cons of each house, which helped us filter out based on our requirements. We took around 6 months to finalize the house and he was very patient and accommodating even when we asked him to help us check house in late hours (around 7-8pm). Neetu helped us buy our first home in the 2021 one sided market tilted towards the seller. We first approached Neetu in 2020 and she patiently walked us through the entire process over an introductory call. We then ended up looking at a few houses but ultimately paused our search due to COVID situation. Neetu kept in touch and we restarted the process earlier this year. Neetu was certainly knowledgeable about the current trends and gave us advice without pushing us. She let us learn and experience the situation ourselves and make decisions that we felt comfortable making. This was important as it built trust. She gave us the facts but let us make the final call. She was also patiently willing to tour a number of houses. Immediately after any house tour, if we expressed interest, she promptly sourced the seller disclosures and inspection reports.
