Very nice temple, priests are very good and welcoming all Rituals are performed well. Peaceful and calm environment. They have a store attached to the temple where we get all kinds of pooja stuff so if you forget something noting to worry. They also do catering basically Jain food “Not onion & No Garlic” which is wonderful for people who don’t eat. Overall great experience. Today went for Ayyapa Swamy Mandala Pooja, it was a feast for eyes and ears.. just super????

Peaceful & small temple. Only few parking slots but u can get parking nearby. Has a store & a canteen which u can visit after Darshan.

In addition to the temple, they also have an excellent catering and food service and Indian grocery store. Have ordered food them regularly and found it to be excellent - very high quality. Grocery store is very competitive relative to other Indian stores. All the work is manned by excellent volunteers with good customer service. If you want authentic Indian vegetarian food this place is a must try

I truly feel the peace of mind here. Guess what! now we have a Kali murti in Oregon. The head priest is very energetic and knowledgeable and he genuinely cares about our culture. I wish the the washroom wasn’t that close to the door of the temple otherwise everything is fine.

Had not been to the new temple for awhile about 3 years since I was in the old temple and when I came back for mahashivarati I instantly felt like I was home all the regular attendees remembered me and the priest or pujari knew that my mother had passed away and he instantly said that he could feel her happiness she used to take me to all the prodsham and that was how I was able to recover from 2 brain resections and 10 other surgery's and 2 comas induced because they could not stop the seizures and they told me that I would never walk talk or take care of myself and now I am working and getting my PhD in peer wellness specialist for people with invisible injuries he gave me a hand full of bilva leaves ?? and I have not been to a puja that also had bilva leaves for 25years and the temple was extremely beautiful definitely something that you don't want to miss experiencing hope that if fills your heart with all the love that i find so abundant there! It’s great to have such a glorious Balaji temple here in Portland! We visit this temple at least once a week if not more. It’s very well maintained to create a divine atmosphere! The food served here deserves a special mention. They have a dosa menu on Thursday evenings, a miscellaneous menu on Friday evenings, breakfast and lunch combos on Saturdays and Sundays. We love all the items but we try to never miss the Sunday lunch combo. Pongal and Medhu vada are really yummy ?? too! Recommend everyone to try this at least once! Well maintained Hindu temple in Portland. They have plenty of gods and goddesses. It is very peaceful. The canteen is open on Thursdays and weekends. There are occasionally some events and puja happening on the floor above.

I love going here, to worship and eat prasadam, they have several different prominent deities, Lord Jaganatha, Lord Balaji to name some of them.

I went with some friends to the temple and they explained to me many of the shrines and stories. It's kind of funny since the building feels like a huge high school but with beautiful sculptures and shrines scattered throughout. At the time we went, they made wonderful food and just set it out in the temple for us to enjoy. The building has many other purposes but the one I use the most is a well-stocked grocery store. It is one of the only places I know in Portland where you can get Paneer or Chai grounds.

I was in Hillsboro last year for just 4 months. I used to go Hecsa Portland Balaji Temple daily. I liked tat Temple very much. They do Abhishekams in d evening at 7.00 so tat all can participate n get blessings of Ganapathy, Murugan, Ayyappan, Balaji, Lakshmi, Hayagreevar n Anjaneyar. I enjoyed Gokulashtami d way they did pooja. They do Sathyanarayana Pooja, Srinivasa Kalyana, etc. It is the best Temple in Portland.
