She followed up with all the open items diligently and promptly. She will even call me every few days to give me a thorough update on loan status. Rated 5.0 I have been working with Sangeeta for 6-7 years now. I have done a few refinances and two new loans with her. I have recommended her to a number of my friends who have been amazingly happy with her as well. She gives you such a high touch service that you feel like you are her only client. She is extremely responsive, knows the rules/process of the mortgages phenomenally well, gets you the best deal possible, and even proactively calls you out of no where when an unbelievable refinance opportunity is available.
